ELM was started with the idea that our friends needed help. They needed help leasing a space for their business. They needed help buying an old building and turning it into something new. They needed help navigating a process that can sometimes be intimidating, expensive, and for many of our clients, their first time doing it.

We didn't want to get wrapped up in the bureaucracy of a big real estate firm. It's a lot more fun to be agile, flexible, and lean on our incredible community to help get deals done efficiently. And as Raleigh natives, there’s nothing more fun than watching the city we love change, and being a part of that change is all we can ask for.
